Time2Track (Documenting Evidence of Fieldwork Hours)

Time2Track is the application TED uses to track the completion of fieldwork hours for both student teachers and interns. Candidates are required to purchase 2 6-month subscriptions to Time2Track to document fieldwork experience.

Student Teachers and Time2Track

Student teachers track hours spent in direct student contact and in collaboration with veteran teachers. 

  • Student teachers send all hours to their University Supervisor for approval.

Intern Teachers and Time2Track

Interns track general and EL support hours provided by the Mentor Teacher and the University Supervisor. 

  • Interns send all District Support hours to their Mentor Teacher for approval.
  • Interns send all University Support hours to their University Supervisor for approval.

  • Analyzing and grading work with veteran teachers
  • Reflecting on lessons with veteran teachers
  • Intentional observations of veteran teachers based on CSUEB course assignments
  • School meetings (e.g. department, grade level, PLC)

General Support (144 hours throughout the school year)

  • University Support:
    • Development of

    • Development of Individualized Intern Plan (IIP)
