How to Apply

Please send completed applications to pi@csueastbay.edu or talk to your Accessibility Services Counselor about a referral.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Students applying to Project IMPACT will be asked to participate in an entrance interview and learning skills assessment. Students who meet the federal definition of low income, or are first generation college students, are given preference.

Eligibility:

  • Pursuing first bachelor's degree
  • Have a permanent disability
  • Have a need for academic support
  • Must be a US citizen, national or permanent resident (sorry, no F-1 Visas)

Applicants will be asked to submit income verification during the application process as required by federal regulations. Eligibility is not a guarantee of acceptance. Unfortunately, students who are members of EXCEL are not eligible for Project IMPACT.
