Dr. Elizabeth Friedmann
Elizabeth (Betsey) Friedmann is a Lecturer in the HRT Department. She is the hospitality internship advisor and teaches general education courses including REC 300 (Wellness through Leisure) and REC 310 (Women and Leisure). She holds a Ph.D. in Education from the University of California, Davis in addition to a Master’s in Recreation and Tourism and
